A1 Systems announces acquisition of share in Revolta Engineering Company – platform solution and service developer in IoT.
The deal was to augment A1 Systems’ technological potential in IoT. The company will get access to Revolta Engineering’s know-hows and practical experience. In its turn, Revolta Engineering will get access to A1 Systems’ sales channels and additional investment for development of large customized projects. In particular, the company plans to finalize AllGateKeeper platform (www.allgatekeeper.ru) into complete parking solution by adding on-street and off-street parking capability considering international customer needs.
Upon deal closing, Maxim Osorin, CEO and the main shareholder of Revolta Engineering, left the company to head SAP Cloud Platform line of bussiness in SAP CIS. The rest of the Revolta Engineering team of engineers and programmers will continue their work at full strength.
