Since December 26, 2011, Rostelecom/ETK subscribers can enjoy a new entertainment service ‘ETK Express’ developed on the basis of A1 Systems ICB-platform. The project has become the successive stage of cooperation between A1 Systems Company and mobile network operators – members of national telecommunications company Rostelecom. Thanks to this cooperation services based on A1 Systems platforms are available now to more than 10 mil subscribers.
ETK-Express service allows subscribers to get videos, music, games or pictures of their interest. From 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. subscribers receive teasers displayed on phone’s idle screen with the description of content available and its samples. The subscriber can get additional information or content by simply choosing OK option. Interactive teasers do not hinder receiving and making calls, sending and receiving SMS and MMS or using the Internet. The service provides flexible customization of broadcast channels, so that subscribers would receive only information they need and no undesirable ads.
ETK-Express service is implemented on the basis of ICB-platform provided by A1 Systems Company. A1 Systems ICB-platform is a complex solution for creating interactive broadcast services. Services developed on the basis of A1 Systems solution make it possible not merely to download the content from the message received, but also to browse interactive menus of unlimited nesting. This results in advancement of promoted services.
