A1 Systems‚ Russia’s leading vertically integrated mVAS/SDP-provider‚ and Cellnetrix‚ specializing in software development for secure embedded platforms‚ including Universal Subscriber Identity Modules (USIM) for mobile networks‚ announced today a strategic partnership agreement to provide SIM OTA services.
Under the agreement‚ all of the activities of the two companies related to OTA campaigns will be carried out by A1 Systems using its technical capabilities.
The agreement enables Cellnetrix to focus on its core business—the development of embedded operating systems and secure applications for mobile networks and the Internet‚ while providing a high level of OTA management services for its clients through the experience and capabilities of A1 Systems.
The companies expressed confidence that the partnership would enhance service quality‚ reliability‚ availability‚ and be welcomed by the market.
