A1 Systems has merged into New Holding Company Ambite

Entrepreneurs Dmitry Samokhin, Anatoly Smorgonsky and co-investors have agreed to merge their information technology assets to create a new holding company that will be operating under the logo Ambite, consisting of the company group: А1 Systems, National Center for the Internet of Things, Revolta Engineering and several other companies; some of the assets will be restructured. The holding company will be focused going forward on two areas: expanding its product line and international development.

Ambite will be handling the sales of the constituent companies, develop their business and perform work-support functions. The shareholders will also specify those assets during restructuring that will preserve their autonomy and coordinate the development of their product line. The holding company will develop and implement comprehensive IT solutions based on advanced digital economy technology like the Internet of things (IoT), Big Data and mobile advertising, indoor positioning, mobile identification and authorization, fintech, cybersecurity, etc.

Anatoly Smorgonsky – Businessman, top manager. Had a career at VimpelCom (Beeline), managed the mobile operator Yota and major projects at the companies Tele2 and Rostelecom.

Dmitry Samokhin – Businessman, venture capitalist, media manager, worked on structures at Gazprom-Media, TNT Broadcasting Network, and Ekho Moskvy.

Oleg Evdokimenko is one of co-owners of A1 Systems. He manages hi-tech venture projects in Russia, Israel and UK and is a Chairman of the Board in EcoMachines Ventures (UK).
